You choose what to share. The consultation form prepares a draft for you to review and send. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes personal information connected with the Finnvisor Advisory website and enquiries made through our published contact channels. This website is operated by Finnvisor Advisory Advisors LLP, trading as Finnvisor Advisory. References to “Finnvisor Advisory”, “we” and “us” mean Finnvisor Advisory Advisors LLP.

A separately agreed service may require additional records and privacy information. This website notice does not replace the confidentiality, processing or record-keeping terms of that engagement.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, business details, service interests, preferred consultation date and time, and information included in a message. Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry.

The website does not ask you to upload identity documents, tax records or payment details. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, card details or unnecessary personal records in an initial enquiry. If a service needs supporting documents, first agree the purpose and an appropriate way to share them.

Forms, search and calculators

The consultation form prepares an email draft in your browser. Preparing the draft does not send it to Finnvisor Advisory or confirm an appointment. Information reaches the recipient when you choose to send your email; your email provider also processes that message under its own terms. Choosing “Copy draft” places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard so you can paste it into your email service.

Service search and calculator calculations run in your browser. Calculator inputs are not automatically submitted to Finnvisor Advisory by these tools. A search query may appear in the page address, browser history and hosting request logs when you open a results URL, so avoid entering personal information in search.

Website delivery and browser data

Loading a website involves technical requests. Hosting, security and content-delivery providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information and request times to deliver and protect the website.

Technical requests are separate from the enquiry and calculator processing described above. Font providers receive requests when their font files are needed. Your browser and delivery providers may keep cache files or technical records.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website code does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage or an IndexedDB database to remember visitors or save enquiry and calculator inputs. We have not installed website analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay tools.

Your browser can still cache files and keep browsing history, and hosting or font providers may retain technical request records. This is separate from saving your tool inputs. If we introduce optional tracking or stored preferences, this notice and any required privacy controls will be updated before those features are enabled.

Why information is used

Information you send in an enquiry is used to respond, understand your requirements, discuss scope and fees, arrange a conversation and, if you proceed, coordinate the agreed service. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.

Further use or collection needed for an engagement should be explained when the service is agreed. Sending an enquiry does not itself authorise unrelated promotional messages.

Providers and external services

The website is hosted on Vercel. Font files load from Framer’s content-delivery domain, framerusercontent.com, and Google’s font-delivery domain, fonts.gstatic.com. Loading the website and these fonts creates technical requests to those providers; it does not send them your calculator inputs or prepared enquiry draft through our website tools. See Vercel’s privacy notice, Framer’s privacy statement and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.

WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link; the website does not embed a WhatsApp chat widget. Your chosen email service and WhatsApp process messages you choose to send under their own terms. External providers may process information outside India; their policies describe their arrangements.

For a paid engagement, information may need to be shared with people assisting with the agreed work, professional advisers or relevant authorities. The engagement should identify necessary recipients and permissions. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law. This notice does not authorise the sale of your enquiry information or its use for third-party advertising.

Keeping and protecting records

Enquiry and engagement records need to be kept only for their relevant business purposes and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute-related retention requirements. The period depends on the type of record and service; contact us if you need to understand the retention applicable to your information.

Sharing documents should follow an agreed process appropriate to the information involved. No website or communication method can promise complete security. If you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient or accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to send an enquiry, omit optional information, or stop using an external communication channel. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to information you provided, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for a particular use.

Email info@finnvisor.com with the subject “Privacy request” and explain your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Legal retention duties and the agreed service may affect what can be deleted or stopped; any relevant limits should be explained in the response. You can also raise a concern with the competent authority where applicable.

Children and information about others

This website is intended for people seeking business and professional services, rather than services directed at children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed.

If you share another person’s information for a business enquiry or engagement, make sure you are authorised to do so and that they understand why it is being shared.
